Hypnorain update #1

Hypnorain update: added 2 changes based on players' feedback.

The graphics options menu now has a "Background Brightness" slider which lets you control how prominent the in-game background is. I hope this will help some people who had trouble with visibility.

The character selection now shows brief info about each character's attacks.
